USC Gould School of Law 2023 Tax Institute

Julie Divola, along with Michael Hainkel (Lionsgate) and David Paul (American Honda), will present "Moderated Tax Directors Panel: How Does Global and U.S. Tax Reform Impact Your Business? What State Tax Issues Keep You Up at Night?" at 4:25 PM PT on January 23.

This panel will cover tax issues that hit the desk of Tax Directors and can be the source of sleepless nights, including audits, remote work compensation, and ESG. The speakers will also discuss changes to U.S. tax law and the OECD framework for global tax reform that are affecting the corporate environment. 

This three-day symposium is being held in-person and virtually.
