WIG Webinar: Preserving and Promoting Professional Certification

This webinar will address how legislation and regulation related to occupational licensing can affect individuals' ability to obtain and maintain professional certifications and other credentials that promote career advancement. In particular, it will examine legislation placing restrictions on the enforcement authority of licensing boards and certification organizations, as well as bills proposing alternative pathways to licensure or "reciprocal" licensure based on non-equivalent qualifications.
