A team of Pillsbury lawyers advised Zavda Technologies LLC, a fast-growing, veteran-owned technology and data services company, in its recent acquisition by cloud and technology services leader in the government market Applied Insight LLC, which is backed by The Acacia Group.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Zavda has provided advanced analytics, software development and systems engineering services to national security customers since 2006 and has served as Applied Insights protégé since 2018. Together, the acquisition is expected to strengthen Applied Insight's network and systems engineering and security, data analysis, and software development capabilities to better support the dynamic needs of the intelligence community, according to a company press release.
