Eric Rico Hernandez
|
Mr. Hernandez is a member of our Intellectual Property counseling group, where he serves the patent prosecution, general IP, and licensing needs of Pillsbury’s clients. Mr. Hernandez has provided patent prosecution and counseling services for a wide range of technologies, including wireless communications, computer architecture, semiconductor photolithographic equipment, electromechanical systems, digital signal processing, and control systems. He has also handled a variety of patent related matters, including preparing and prosecuting numerous patent applications, prosecuting reissue applications, participating in interference proceedings, rendering numerous non-infringement/invalidity/product clearance opinions, performing patent portfolio evaluations and conducting licensing negotiations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hernandez, spent four years with Lockheed Martin as a senior systems engineer, where he was responsible for the design and management of diverse telecommunications and computer internetworking projects.
