Evan D. Wesser
|
Mr. Wesser is an associate in the firm's Government Contracts & Disputes team. He assists with the representation of clients in a variety of aspects of federal government contracts and financial assistance law. His work includes the representation of clients in bid protests, especially before the Government Accountability Office. He has experience performing due diligence and counseling clients relating to corporate transactions involving government contracts. He also provides counseling to clients regarding contract disputes, including litigation before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. His practice also includes counseling clients on ethics and contractor integrity issues, small business compliance, FOIA issues, and other statutory, regulatory, and agency specific compliance matters. His practice also includes counseling clients on solicitation and contract requirements and the formation of teaming and licensing agreements. Mr. Wesser also has experience counseling clients regarding federal grants and cooperative agreements, especially in the area of compliance, including the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
