On June 7, Pillsbury partner Julie Divola will present "M&A Structures with Joint Ventures, Pass-Throughs, and Disregarded Entities" at the 28th Annual Texas Federal Tax Institute. Ms. Divola's presentation will focus on the use of partnerships in corporate M&A as well as corporate joint ventures, including a discussion of the use of disregarded entities in such transactions.
