FLSA Overtime Update for Nonprofits

Starting December 1, 2016, employers (including nonprofits) will have to raise the salary of most exempt employees above $47,476—or convert them to overtime-eligible status. Their titles and positions with the organization don’t matter: they will be eligible for overtime pay.
