Health Care Privacy and Security Forum
There is every indication at present that HHS will release the final Omnibus Privacy Rule sometime in the very near future. At time of press, the Rule remains under OMB review and stakeholders are currently awaiting its release with cautious optimism.

This session panel, moderated by Gerry Hinkley, will address the anticipated (or actual) contents of the Final Omnibus Rule and related rules with the objective of providing practical analysis and real world strategies for implementation.
