IPEBLA 16th International Conference

IPEBLA’s 16th International Conference in Prague, Czech Republic, will be a working conference, giving common and civil law lawyers from different countries the opportunity to discuss current domestic and international issues affecting their practice in pension, executive compensation and related employee benefits fields. This conference provides unique networking opportunities for lawyers practicing or interested in this area of the law. During the three days of the IPEBLA International Conference there will be plenary sessions and related workshops. These sessions and workshops will focus on topics of regional and worldwide interests and are designed to encourage delegate participation.

Susan Serota, Pillsbury partner, will speak on the topic of "Executive Remuneration and Shareholder ‘Say on Pay’" during Workshop 1 on Monday, May 29 from 9:30 am – 10:45 am CET.

James Klein, Pillsbury senior counsel, will discuss “Employee equity grants–options, RSUs and restricted stock” during Workshop 5 on Monday, May 29 from 11:00 am – 12:15 pm CET, and “Pension landscape in common law jurisdictions in Central & South America & the Caribbean" during Workshop 19 on Tuesday, May 30 11:00 am – 12:15 pm CET.

Susan and James will co–present “Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Tax Compliance—What Should a Plan Fiduciary Be Doing?” during Workshop 13 on Tuesday, May 30 from 9:30 am – 10:45 am CET.
