Burlingame, will present “Trademarks in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry — Latest Development and Disputes.” Mr. Davis begins Day 2 with an Overview and offers a presentation titled, “Trade Practice Laws – Brief Overview of Federal and State Trade Practice Law; Detailed Analysis and Discussion of Specific Marketing Promotions; Business Risks vs. Legal Risks.”
This course meets the requirements for up to 12 hours of continuing education credit (MCLE), including one hour of ethics for California, Iowa, Louisiana, Nevada and Texas. In Colorado, Florida and New York, this course meets the requirements for up to 15 hours of credit, including one hour of ethics.
