The JOBS (Jumpstart Our Business Startups) Act - A Revolution in Private Offerings
Robert (Bob) Robbins of Pillsbury's Corporate & Securities practice and a panel of speakers will discuss the newly signed JOBS Act and how small, mid-cap and even larger companies can leverage its opportunities.
