Mr. Owens' practice emphasis is on project, asset-based and acquisition financings, securities offerings, corporate trust, restructurings of credits, bankruptcies and related litigation. He has extensive experience with a variety of U.S. and international financial transactions and he has been resident in the firm's London and Hong Kong offices.
His assignments have included: advising commercial and investment banks and borrowers and issuers of securities involved in U.S. and international financings, advising commercial banks and other interested parties with respect to domestic and international project financings, advising public utilities and venture capital groups with respect to financings and issuances of securities, and advising obligors and commercial and investment banks with respect to restructurings of credits, bankruptcies and litigation.
