Gauri Manglik
|
Ms. Manglik’s practice at Pillsbury focuses on the representation of technology companies in general corporate matters and transactional work, including venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and public offerings.
She has significant experience representing entrepreneurs and start-up companies in all areas of their operations, including investment and other corporate matters. She has also represented numerous venture capitalists and strategic investors in their investments into high tech companies ranging from $1 million to $100 million.
Ms. Manglik has also counseled clients in mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset sale transactions ranging from $2 million to $ 700 million. These include the sale of LitePoint Corporation to Teradyne, Nukona to Symantec Corporation and recently completed sale of CBR Systems, Inc. Ms. Manglik has also represented public companies in their ’34 Act reporting requirements and other related matters.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ms. Manglik was a Senior Associate at Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff & Co, a leading Indian law firm, where she advised clients on corporate and securities laws, including on various cross-border matters. She has extensive experience on cross-border transactional work between India and USA.
