George P. Haley
|
Mr. Haley is co-leader of the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Projects practice. He focuses on all aspects of commercial law, with emphasis on project finance and development, equipment leasing, personal property secured transactions and other transactions governed by the Uniform Commercial Code. He has been a member of a number of advisory committees advising the drafters of the Uniform Commercial Code on revisions to the Code. He has represented clients in more than 100 project-financing transactions and has worked on transactions involving more than 150 electric-generating facilities. For a number of years, he was also a member of the faculty of the Shanghai International Business Institute in Shanghai, China where he lectured on American Business Law.
