Mr. Kennett brings valuable construction experience to bear on his practice, having previously worked for a national construction contractor for five years prior to the practice of law. In that capacity, Mr. Kennett served in the estimating, contract administration and project management departments, and is able to transfer his hands-on experience to assist clients with their construction related legal issues.

Mr. Kennett has first-chaired litigation before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and has served as second-chair in both court and arbitration proceedings, including before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as third-chair before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
