Energy

Environmental Law
Members of the Houston environmental team have decades of experience working with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and its predecessor agencies. The team is an important part of Pillsbury’s national environmental law practice, which is one of the largest in the country. Along the Gulf Coast, across the U.S. and around the world, our attorneys handle all aspects of environmental compliance, litigation and transactional work.

Finance and Banking
The Houston Finance and Banking practice focuses on general commercial lending, structured transactions, and oil and gas financing.
