Partner |
Mr. Iwanaga’s primary areas of practice are commercial transactions and dispute resolution between Trans-Pacific parties. He represents clients in connection with various commercial transactions such as M&A, joint venture, licensing and investment in real estate and securities, both in Japan and the United States. As an attorney licensed to practice in both California and Japan, Mr. Iwanaga can guide non-Japanese clients who are doing business in Japan to achieve their goals with the utmost protection under Japanese law.
