Ms. Webster's practice is devoted to the implementation, design and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements and other deferred compensation arrangements for private and publicly held entities. She advises clients on compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, including advice regarding reporting and disclosure requirements, fiduciary responsibility, prohibited transaction and plan investment issues. She also advises clients regarding the design and administration of a variety of health and welfare plans and trusts, including cafeteria, medical, disability, severance and life insurance plans, commuter programs, employee assistance programs, fringe benefit plans, multiple employer welfare arrangements and voluntary employees' beneficiary associations, as well as on compliance with COBRA, HIPAA and FMLA.

Ms. Webster is a Fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. She is also included in the latest edition of The Best Lawyers in America and speaks throughout the country on current developments in employee benefits law.
