An associate in Pillsbury's Environment, Land Use, & Natural Resources practice group, Mr. Zarghamee has worked on a broad range of environmental matters. He has experience representing domestic and international clients with respect to an array of regulatory and transactional matters in the field of environmental law. Specifically, Mr. Zarghamee routinely advises financial institutions, construction companies, insurance underwriters, and other parties as to the identification and allocation of environmental liabilities in connection with complex corporate and real estate transactions. Mr. Zarghamee also counsels various clients regarding state and federal Superfund liability and cleanup laws, often working closely with environmental consulting firms to develop and implement effective and legally compliant remediation strategies.

In the field of biotechnology and chemical regulation, Mr. Zarghamee regularly helps domestic and international clients obtain EPA and/or FDA approvals for their products. To this end, Mr. Zarghamee has substantial experience working with the following federal statutes: the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, the Food Quality Protection Act, and the Federal Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

Mr. Zarghamee also works closely with members of the firm's Public Policy & Political Law and Health Care practices with respect to broad matters in the realm of technology transactions.
