Ms. Daniels is an associate in Pillsbury's Global Sourcing group, where she focuses on complex global sourcing transactions and software licensing on behalf of Fortune 500 international corporate clients, including transactions for operating and infrastructure, telecommunication, offshore application development and maintenance and business process services. She has advised clients on and drafted and negotiated contractual components for every stage of sourcing transactions, from initial bid preperation to final contract negotiation and relationship governance.

Additionally, Ms. Daniels has negotiated and drafted a wide range of technology agreements including application service provider, item processing, web hosting, end-user licensing and non-disclosure agreements.

In 2008 and 2009, Ms. Daniels was named a Chambers USA Associate to Watch for D.C. Technology & IT Outsourcing.
