Mr. Smith is an associate in Pillsbury’s Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources practice group. His practice focus on wide variety of environmental, land use and general civil litigation matters. Mr. Smith has prior experience representing public agency clients in land use and environmental matters, including serving as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Belvedere and Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of San Anselmo.
