Los Angeles—Bradley E. Wolf has joined Pillsbury's Insolvency & Restructuring practice as counsel in the firm's Los Angeles office. For nine years, Wolf served as special counsel at Wells Fargo & Co. with responsibilities for overseeing commercial workouts and bankruptcies within the Wholesale Bank. Most recently, he was special counsel at Sheppard Mullin.

Wolf concentrates on representing financial institutions and other lenders in complex financial transactions including secured and unsecured loan transactions, with an emphasis on loan restructurings, workouts and creditor's rights. He has represented lenders as agents, participants and syndicate members in multi-lender workouts, as well as when they are the sole or primary source of credit to borrowers in problem situations in a wide variety of industries. Additionally, Wolf has represented numerous financial institutions and other investors in direct debt and equity investments, including the purchase of senior and subordinated notes.

A graduate of University of Southern California Law School, Wolf holds two B.A. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, he is a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel, and sits on the board of directors for the Inner City Law Center and the HIV & AIDS Legal Services Alliance.
