Ms. Tillmon is an associate in the intellectual property department of the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex and commercial litigation as well as intellectual property matters. Ms. Tillmon has litigated cases in state and federal forums involving banking, insurance, real estate, government contracts, forestry, and other areas. She has represented clients in business disputes, class actions, patent, products liability, environmental, and general commercial matters.

Ms. Tillmon’s experience includes second chairing a products liability trial that resulted in a directed verdict for her client. Her experience also includes second chairing a breach of contract and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage AAA arbitration that resulted in an award for her client. Ms. Tillmon has successfully argued motions in court, including motions in limine, and has attended numerous court appearances. Her current case load includes insurance coverage disputes, a very large breach of contract matter, and a high profile action involving unjust enrichment and breach of contract allegations.

Ms. Tillmon has broad experience in all phases of civil litigation, including motion practice, discovery, case strategy, witness preparation, defending depositions, and the preparation of post-trial and arbitration briefs.

Ms. Tillmon is also a member of Pillsbury's pro bono committee and dedicates significant time to pro bono matters and organizations.
