Jaclyn A. Schade

Ms. Schade is a patent agent in Pillsbury's Intellectual Property practice. Ms. Schade is not an attorney. As a patent agent, Ms. Schade performs various tasks related to patent application drafting and prosecution.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ms. Schade was a manager/researcher/registered patent agent for the Mechanical Technology Group at a patent services firm, where she prepared and prosecuted patent applications in mechanical and business methods/communications technologies. Ms. Schade also performed patentability, state-of-the-art, infringement, and validity searches while training and managing a team of researchers. Areas of experience include automotive research, medical and surgical research, and HVAC applications, as well as thermodynamic, fluid mechanic, applied energy, and manufacturing technologies. Ms. Schade also has experience in design of "everyday" items (such as tools, bags, and household appliances), and business methods and applications.
