Mr. Kelly is the leader of Pillsbury's Leveraged Buyouts team. His practice is focused on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as investment banks and other financial institutions and strategic companies, in connection with leveraged and non-leveraged acquisitions, control and non-control investments, divestitures and restructurings.
Overall, Mr. Kelly has closed more than (i) several billion in acquisitions, investments and sales for both large-cap and middle-market sponsors, (ii) several billion in strategic company merger and acquisition and divesture transactions, (iii) several hundred million in co-investments and divestitures in connection with more than $100 billion of acquisitions, investments and sales for financial institutions and (iv) several billion in acquisitions and divestures relating to assets in over forty countries.
