Jamin Agosti is an associate in the law firm’s Corporate & Securities practice and is located in the San Francisco office. His practice focuses on general corporate matters and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, venture capital financings, and other transactional matters.
Before law school, Mr. Agosti worked in the United States Senate as a legislative correspondent. In law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard Leon of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and as an intern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia in the Violent Crimes and Narcotics Trafficking section. He also worked as a staff member and Online Content Editor of the American Criminal Law Review and was president of the law center’s craft beer society, Beyond a Reasonable Stout.
