Jason Stirling
|
Mr. Stirling is a counsel in the Emerging Growth & Technology and Corporate & Securities practice groups.
Mr. Stirling’s practice focuses on the general corporate representation of technology and life science companies, from start-ups to publicly traded corporations. His experience includes private and public securities offerings, IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentives, corporate governance matters and technology licensing. Mr. Stirling works with companies in a wide range of industries, including the life sciences, telecommunications, and computer hardware and software industries.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Mr. Stirling was associated with Forward Management and Morgan Stanley in San Francisco.
