Mr. Schwartz is an associate in Pillsbury’s Public Policy practice, focusing on appropriations, energy and environmental matters, and municipal issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schwartz interned at the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of General Counsel.
Mr. Schwartz is not admitted to practice in the District of Columbia; he is admitted to practice law in Virginia only.
