Mr. Hutchings, a partner in Pillsbury's Global Sourcing group, represents clients in complex sourcing transactions with strong emphasis on information technology and business process outsourcing contracts. Mr. Hutchings has helped major corporations and government agencies—both domestically and abroad—structure and negotiate long-term, multimillion-dollar contracts for data processing, telecommunications, systems development and integration, desktop/local access network support, claims processing, trade processing, call center, human resources and other services.
