Jessica R. Berenyi
|
Ms. Berenyi is an associate in Pillsbury's Finance practice section. Ms. Berenyi represents borrowers, agents, arrangers and commercial lenders in a variety of domestic and international finance transactions, including aircraft financings, bank financings and project financings. Her bank financing assignments have included representing U.S. and international commercial banks and companies in secured and unsecured multi-tranche, multi-currency financings. She also assisted with the acquisition of troubled assets in connection with the worldwide financial crisis of 2007-2009.
Further, Ms. Berenyi has experience acting as counsel to airlines, lessors and financial institutions in both financial and commercial transportation matters, with a primary focus on Export Credit Agency financings. Notable recent transportation finance deals that Ms. Berenyi has worked on have received the following awards:
