Jessica Nyman is an associate in the law firm's Communications group and is located in the Washington, DC office. Ms. Nyman has represented clients in a wide array of regulatory and litigation matters before the Federal Communications Commission, the Department of Labor, and state and federal courts. Ms. Nyman has also represented clients in a variety of communications-related transactional matters, including negotiating retransmission consent agreements and assisting clients with broadcast media mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Ms. Nyman is a regular contributor to CommLawCenter.com, Pillsbury's one-stop resource center covering a wide array of communications law matters.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ms. Nyman represented public interest groups in environmental litigation matters as a clinic student in the Georgetown Law Institute for Public Representation. While in law school, she also served as Managing Editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review.
