Mr. Fedun is a counsel in the litigation department of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Mr. Fedun regularly advises owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals regarding all stages of the construction process. Mr. Fedun has experience in construction contract negotiations, issues that arise during project delivery and construction litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Fedun gained practical knowledge of the construction process by working at a top ranked design and project management firm where he acted as an owner’s representative for the construction of a new passenger concourse inside Pennsylvania Station in New York City. In this capacity, he oversaw $115M in construction and actively represented the owner during all stages of construction including change order negotiations, disputes, claims and technical inspections. He also assisted the New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation with management of pre-construction activities for the renovation and construction of several schools in Jersey City, New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Fedun has experience as a field surveyor where he was responsible for proper layout of concrete forms and reinforcement.
