Ms. Brennan has handled prosecution of federal and state trademark applications; coordination of foreign trademark prosecution worldwide; negotiation of intellectual property and Internet related license and assignment agreements; Internet and licensing counseling; licensed concession agreements, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; advice on comparative advertising issues.
