Ms. Thomson is an associate in the litigation department of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Ms. Thomson focuses on insurance coverage and construction disputes and has represented public and private contractors in disputes in federal and state courts involving construction claims, insurance recovery, and performance bond claims. Ms. Thomson has also assisted in the briefing of six separate appeals to the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th and DC Circuits.

Ms. Thomson is a member of the team awarded the 2008 and 2010 Chambers USA Awards for Excellence in Construction. She began her career in the law in 2007 after more than a decade in documentary television.
