Linda F. Magyar
Ms. Magyar is Office Administrator for Pillsbury’s Sacramento, CA office. She is responsible for human resources, facilities, marketing, recruiting, and intellectual technology for the Sacramento Office and also participates in a variety of firmwide initiatives. Ms. Magyar has extensive experience in human resource and personnel management, including recruitment and hiring, staff management and supervision, policy and legal compliance, and compensation and benefits. Ms. Magyar is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ms. Magyar held various executive level positions in the legal, banking and medical industries.
Firmwide initiatives and special projects have included multi-year initiatives focusing on community service programs such as “Year of Caring” (for which the Sacramento office received the Managing Board’s inaugural “Community Service Award”); centralization of accounting and billing functions; merger integration for which she was given lead responsibility for cultural integration activities during one of the largest domestic private law firm mergers; participation on the firmwide “Great Place to Work” committee; Sustainable Business Initiatives; design, build-out and relocation of Pillsbury’s new LEED Gold certified office space, as well as firmwide projects involving cost reductions, revenue improvement, and lease negotiations.
