Ms. Partrick is a senior counsel in the firm’s Executive Compensation & Benefits practice group. Ms. Partrick’s practice focuses on providing advice and preparing documentation relating to qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, and health and welfare plans, compliance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements, correction of fiduciary violations under the Department of Labor’s voluntary fiduciary correction program, and correction of form and operational errors under the IRS Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System.
