Mario Dottori, Pillsbury's Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions partner in Washington, DC, has extensive experience providing strategic advice and counsel in large-scale, complex transactions.
Mario advises clients on IT and business process outsourcings and M&A-related transition services. He has over 30 years' experience in complex transactions, including domestic and multinational infrastructure and application development/maintenance outsourcings, systems integration, ERP, SaaS/Cloud and software licensing. Mario guides his clients throughout the sourcing life cycle, from strategy and RFP development and supplier selection through contract negotiation and post-closing compliance. Mario serves clients in the utility, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, insurance and financial services sectors.
Representative Experience
- Led negotiations for a regional utility in connection with two IT outsourcings (infrastructure, ADM, SAP support) and two BPOs involving customer information services.
- Served as lead adviser for two U.S.-based life and annuity companies in connection with three transactions: BPO (third-party administrator), offshore ADM, and application testing and QA.
- Advised multinational and U.S. technology, financial services and informatics companies on structuring/negotiating transition service agreements and commercial contract separation/integration in connection with M&A-related transactions ranging from $15 million to $30 billion.
