He has handled a wide variety of enterprise-significant commercial matters on a national basis, representing important U.S. and international corporations.

  • Successfully represented a consortium of all U.S. stock exchanges in a technology and contract dispute centered on the electronic infrastructure system designed to track all stock trades and option quotes across all U.S. exchanges to the nanosecond.
  • Defending syndicate of five leading national banks against billion-dollar technology company claims.
  • Successfully represented a major oil refinery against environmental class action claims.
  • Successfully represented national financial services company in contract claims against IBM concerning primary operations support agreements.
