Mr. Wu is a member of the Corporate & Securities practice group. He has extensive experience in the area of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, commodity funds, fund of funds, venture capital funds and China RMB funds, as well as with open-end and closed-end investment funds registered with the SEC.
