Mike Beasley
Consulting Manager

Mr. Beasley is a Consulting Manager with Pillsbury's Global Sourcing practice. Mr. Beasley is not an attorney. With more than 30 years in the sourcing industry, he has a wide array of experience from both the customer and vendor perspectives. Mr. Beasley has participated in the creation and implementation of a variety of large and complex Information Technology (IT) transactions with a particular emphasis on their operational and financial aspects. He has been responsible for several operational units within financial institutions, and has provided project oversight and management to hundreds of projects over his career.

Prior to joining Pillsbury in 2002, he provided outsourcing evaluation and management consulting services. He also spent fourteen years with a leading provider of outsourcing services and software for the financial services and telecommunications industries, where he was actively involved in both sales and operations.

During his time at Pillsbury, he has participated in a number of sourcing engagements in several vertical markets, including: Financial Services, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Electronics Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities, and Travel. His principal area of focus has been the financial components of these transactions including pricing, bid normalization, retained cost analysis and overall savings projections. He has also been a primary participant in the development and use of the firm's CostMarking services which have been effectively deployed on several client projects.
