Silicon Valley Corporate & Securities - Technology & Media partner Stanley Pierson and associate Khan Shing represented software provider BlueData Software Inc. in a $20 million funding round, the company announced this week.
Investors included Intel Capital, which led the round, Amplify Partners, Atlantic Bridge Capital and Ignition Partners. BlueData has said it will continue developing its software platform and several business departments with the funds raised.
