The Deal reports that Renewable Energy Trust (RET) Capital Inc. has purchased Kern County, Calif.’s 102-megawatt Coram wind project from Brookfield Renewable Energy’s BAIF U.S. Renewable Power unit. The deal closed July 2. Energy partner Robert James and senior associates Alicia McKnight and Douglas Pyle advised Brookfield in the deal.
