A team of Pillsbury lawyers advised PSEG Power LLC in its acquisition of the Keys Energy Center project in Prince George’s County, Maryland, a deal estimated to be worth more than $800 million. PSEG purchased the facility from Genesis Power LLC and a private equity fund managed by Ares EIF Management LLC; the company plans to begin construction this year, to be completed by 2018.
