Two Pillsbury lawyers have this week been appointed to leadership positions with organizations in their industries.
Network infrastructure company Pluribus Networks has announced the appointment of Silicon Valley-based Corporate & Securities partner Jorge del Calvo as its legal counsel. Del Calvo’s appointment was announced along with news that Pluribus successfully completed its first official financial audit.
"I am excited to be working with Pluribus Networks, a company that is demonstrating a deep level of market understanding and technological innovation rarely seen but always rewarded in Silicon Valley,” del Calvo said in a press release.
Additionally, The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the largest technology council in the U.S., has announced officers and members on its Board of Directors for fiscal year 2015, including the appointment of Emerging Growth & Venture Capital partner Craig E. Chason as General Counsel. The NVTC serves about 1,000 member companies from the technology sector in Northern Virginia.
