Tozzi Green, an Italian company specializing in the development and generation of renewable energy, has obtained $30 million from an undisclosed lender to finance solar projects in Peru. The company sought the loan through Ergon, its Peruvian subsidiary, in a deal that closed February 24. According to Latin Lawyer, Tozzi has a 15-year investment contract with the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines to install 150,000 solar panels.

New York-based Energy & Infrastructure partners Fernando Rodriguez Marin and Nicolai Sarad led the Pillsbury team that advised Tozzi. Also on the team were associates Joseph Galvin and Andres Berry.
