Florida-based builder and Pillsbury client Pavarini Construction Co. was victorious Thursday in its lawsuit against ACE American Insurance Co. when a federal judge ruled ACE must pay Pavarini $23 million in reimbursement for the cost of repairing construction flaws in a luxury high-rise condominium building. According to Law360, the construction company filed suit in February 2014, and in Febuary 2015, District Judge James Lawrence King denied ACE’s request for summary judgment.
