A team of Pillsbury lawyers advised InnFocus Inc., a developer of a glaucoma-treatment device, in its sale to Santen Pharmaceutical Co., a specialty eye care provider. The purchaser will pay $225 million upfront, with additional payments contingent upon the achievement of performance-based development, regulatory and commercial benchmarks.
Silicon Valley corporate partner Tom Thomas led the Pillsbury team advising InnFocus.
