A team of Pillsbury lawyers advised home services franchisor Home Franchise Concepts Inc. as it received an investment from global private equity firm Trilantic Capital Management LP. The deal was announced Nov. 30, and while financial details were not disclosed, Home Franchise Concepts said in a news release that the investment will support its growth strategy. According to Daily Journal, the deal gives Trilantic a majority stake in Home Franchise Concepts.
The Pillsbury team was led by San Diego – North County Corporate & Securities partner Mike Hird and included partners Marcus Wu, Bruce McDiarmid and Brian Wainwright; special counsel Jason Stirling and associate Brandt Schmidt.
