Alongside increasing the number of women in the partnership and boosting ethnic minority representation, social mobility has moved up the agenda at law firms in recent years. A new tool from specialist recruitment agency and Pillsbury client Rare Recruitment is designed to make it easier to identify talented students from less privileged backgrounds whose results and CVs alone may not highlight all the difficulties they have overcome. Rare is in talks with several leading law firms about using the tool. Pillsbury was tasked with preparing the licensing for the contextual recruitment system.
