A team of Pillsbury lawyers in Washington, DC represented energy company Capitol Petroleum Group (CPG) as it sold 97 of its branded fuel stations and seven dealer supply accounts in a deal worth more than $150 million. The retail locations sold by CPG are located throughout New York and Maryland, and the company says it will use proceeds of the sale to grow its business with acquisitions throughout North America.
